Great moments are born from great opportunities. Success from these opportunities are not provided to you but rather earned from hard work and commitment. That is what we have here, a group of girls that were told that they don’t belong with each other and to go and figure it out. No matter how many times we fell along the way we stayed united and rose above all the challenges that the game and life brought us to what we have today. A group of girls have seized the moment and play with heart, and belief in one another.

The only thing stopping these girls from the ultimate prize in preparing them in teaching them life lesson and success is the lack of commitment. With three seasons left, the time to be committed is now. In order for the team to play at a high level, means understanding each other on the FIELD (e.g. where does pass need to be for the forward to execute) only comes from playing together as a team.

It should be noted, no one individual is better than the team as a whole. I asked that the team take the next three seasons and understand that commitment means attending everything that the club has to offer as it will help these girls development in playing as ONE on the pitch when they collectively play Highschool soccer.
